$ ftp ftp.mysql.com
ftp: ftp.mysql.com: Unknown host

do you need more than that?

How to repeat:

try this:

ftp ftp.mysql.com

Suggested fix:

enable the ftp server

Indeed, ftp.mysq.com should at least forward to some Oracle FTP site (ftp.oracle.com?) or instructions on Files tab should be updated.
