How to repeat:
Have no idea what's relevant here:

1. Open one connection to db
2. Execute long running query
3. Open second connection to db
4. In second connection enter "SHOW PROCESSLIST"
5. Execute query either via toolbar or Ctrl-Enter

SHOW PROCESSLIST query never executes, just get the exception pop-up

Connections are via SSH Tunnel, if it helps.

Please, check if the same problem still happens with a newer version, 5.2.35.1.
