Description:
I just installed MySQL Workbench this evening - I am a student and have started learning DBM and wont to use the system at home.  I installed it and connected it to my Xampp and it worked fine after installation, but when I tried to log in again just now I got an error window and it wont let me go any further and has asked me to log a bug.

The exact error msg is:
MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)MySQL\MySQLWorkBench CE5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied.

How to repeat:
Every time I launch the application software I get the error - which is asking me to report the bug.

Uninstalled the program - every component and then reinstalled it and it opened up fine and seemed to work.  But when I exited out and tryed to open up the Application I am getting the same error msg.

I must be doing something radically wrong during installation as I am the only user on the PC - no administrator.  I reinstalled again tonight and created a new server instance and created a connection called localhost and pointed it to the my xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini and all worked fine was able to set up a small table.  But once logged out i get the error msg as soon as i click on the Workbench app in start programs.  Am only new to all of this as I am studying it in college and we are using WorkBench.  Any help on either the installation or connection to xampp would be great.
