Description:
I have to restart my laptop due to updating the system and when i restart it can't open the workbench again. 

How to repeat:
I am just a beginner so i was just going through the tutorial but had to restart my system and it wouldn't allow me to restart.

This can be a duplicate of bug #62709. Please, check. Use latest .msi binaries, 5.2.35.1 or run Workbench as Administrator.
