Description:
Had just install the MySQL 5.5 last night, when i try to open it today, it encounter problem and can't open again. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks.

How to repeat:
Whenever i try to open it. It prompt out encounter problem. And please report the bugs.

This is a duplicate of bug #62709. Please, upgrade to 5.2.35.1 (.msi binaries) or run Workbench as Administrator.
