Description:
When starting Workbench, I get an error saying that access to db_utils.pyc is denied.  How do I fix this?

How to repeat:
Not sure why this happens, but I am using Windows 7 64 bit OS, and I have WorkBench installed. 

Suggested fix:
One person online said that they changed the permissions for all access to all users, but I can't figure out how to do this.
