Description:
If you want the little white circle to show in the relationship line you need to mark the referencing column as not null and then null again.

How to repeat:
1.- Make two tables with any columns.
2.- Use the relationship dropper tool (6), choosing a nullable column to reference any other.
3.- Look at the end of the relationship line (near the referenced table), there will be no white circle.
4.- Go to the Columns tab on the referencing table, mark the nullable column as not nullable, and then back to nullable.
5.- A wild white cirle appears

Suggested fix:
Make the relationship tools check if the referencing column is nullable and put the white circle from the tart.

I can not repeat this with version 5.2.35 on Mac OS X. What OS and version of Workbench do you use?
