Description:
Some buttons on this screen does not fit on screen. 1024x768 screen resolution.

Look at the screenshot attached.

How to repeat:
Just set 1024x768 screen resolution and open Workbench admin window and Scheme priviliges tab.

Suggested fix:
1.) Change this form to fit 1024x768 screen.

or

2.) Let user to resize this window and control groups (e.g users list width)
