Description:
Access to the path 'C\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench CE 5.2.35\db_utils.pyc' is denied.

How to repeat:
Right after I installed MySQL Server and tools by using MySQL Installer for Windows, I was able to open up MySQL Workbench. After rebooting the system, however, I am not able to open it up again continuously. It keeps giving me the error message in the description box.
