Description:
2 records properly filled the a blank record then the cursor record. I tried to save then highlighted the blank record and right clicked (Windows 7 64 bit) to delete but it threw an exception. Can exit out of dialog box but cannot save changes to the inserts. But can close it out and reopen the table and the inserts tag (no records saved) but the application still works and I can repopulate the inserts without incident.

How to repeat:
I believe it happens any time you have an extra blank record while entering inserts to a table within the EER Diagram.

Suggested fix:
Either don't allow blank records to be created in the inserts tab of the EER Diagram or create a trap to insure any exceptions are caught then allow it's selection and a right click (Windows) or the equivalent (other OS's) which presents the user with the option to delete it. Another way might be with the back (shift tab) keys when the back off an unpopulated record it automatically deletes it.
