Description:
While tables were being added to the database ,I refresh the database overview , a  number of times . Suddenly , MySQL workbench crashed.

How to repeat:
Run a script to create a large list of tables , then open MySQL workbench &  refresh the database overview .

Whenever I try a newer version , that crashes at startup ,for instance I tried version 5.2.31a .

Please, try 5.2.34 and make sure that all components it depends on (like VS runtime, .Net framework 4 etc) are installed. See http://wb.mysql.com/?p=1068 also.
