Description:
I have one Diagram. Created another EER Diagram with two tables and exclude soon after.

On export the sql create script, the second EER diagram is sent.

How to repeat:
File -> Export -> Forward Engineer SQL Create Script.

This is easy to repeat, but I am not sure this is a bug. You may have tables defined that are not yet placed on any diagram, or those that are removed from one and not yet put on the other... They are still part of the .mwb file.

Maybe we just need a dialog box asking about dropping tables when ERR Diagram is deleted?

Really, this not a bug. The tables created in EER Diagram excluded are listed in Model tab.

Maybe create one dialog box, with question: delete tables created in this diagram?

I think this is a reasonable feature request.
