Unable to reproduce this bug. In the detail section is mentioned mysql-installer-5.5.11.7 version was used, the older version I could get to try this was tagged as mysql-installer-5.5.15.0 from the msi_cache folder. However no updates were listed to be installed, I'll need to ask QA team to see if the older version is still available.
