Fixed as of 5.2.38: A pop-up window is no longer generated when selecting an inactive server from within the "Server Administration" panel.

The screenshot from above pops up when double clicking an offline instance in the administration area in the dashboard (Version 5.2.39, just updated today but was also visible in 5.2.38).
