Description:
When opening a Server Administration tab from the home tab and the selected server is not running there is a popup telling me, the server is not running and some functionality is broken.

My intention to go there IS to start the mysql server, so WTF?

Though every page in the server admin tab where the functionality is broken displays an appropriate message, that forces me (the user) to start the mysql server. Which is absolutely fine making the presented popup obsolete.

Obviously there is an error on the server logs page, when the server is not running popping up multiple modal dialogs.

How to repeat:
Open a Server Administration tab from the home screen which instance is not running.

Suggested fix:
Remove the annyoing and obsolete modal dialogs. Display error messages on the content instead, telling the user how to get content there.

Thank you for the problem report. Verified with 5.2.34 on Mac OS X 10.5.x.

Fixed as of 5.2.38:

A pop-up window is no longer generated when selecting an
inactive server from within the "Server
Administration" panel.

The screenshot from above pops up when double clicking an offline instance in the administration area in the dashboard (Version 5.2.39, just updated today but was also visible in 5.2.38).
