Description:
Start the mysql workbench, open an existing model from the home tab.

This opens the MySQL Model and EER Diagramm tab.

Select the Model tab, then the EER Diagramm tab -> "doop".
Select the home tab, then the EER Diagramm tab -> no "doop".

Open a third tab, e.g. server administration, so you have: home tabe, mysql model, eer diagramm and admin open (in that order).

Select the admin tab, then the EER Diagramm tab -> no "doop".

Over time this gets annyoing.

How to repeat:
see above

Suggested fix:
No doop at all.

No doop here in 10.6.x, what version of Mac OS X is the reporter running?
[10 Jul 2011 14:19] T G
10.6.8 - Newest Snow Leopard at the time.

Additional info I forget: The sound comes from the system speaker (sounds like), like a system speaker 'beep'. Due to its low pitched noise it sounds more like a "doop"

Fixed as of 5.2.36:

+ On Mac OS X, switching from the Model tab to the EER Diagram tab
+ caused an error sound.
