Description:
When running MI in update mode after installation of an older server (e.g. 5.5.11 x64) the to-be-upgraded server appears when you immediately go to Install Updates. However, as soon as you once have gone to the Remove MySQL Products section the server upgrade disappears from the list.

How to repeat:
1) Install an older server manually (e.g. 5.5.11 x64).
2) Run the installer in update mode (e.g. new installer package).
3) Go to "Install Updates".
4) A server upgrade is displayed.
5) Go back to home screen and enter the "Remove MySQL Products" section.
6) Go back end re-enter "Install Updates".

Expected result: the server upgrade should still be there.

Actual result: the list is empty.

Suggested fix:
Check what modifies the products list such that products no longer appear as upgrades.

Same failure when you use the Add/Modify section instead.
