Description:
MySQL Installer don't wait for a pre-requisite installation to start the next.

How to repeat:
Pre-requisites.
Windows installation with no c++ or .net 4.0 packages installed.

Reprosteps:
- Open the installer.
- Click all the way to the "check requirements" page.
- Click Execute.

Actual results:
Visual c++ installation tries to install before .net installation finish.
