Description:
MySQL Server Configuration fails on x64 systems

How to repeat:
Pre-requisites:
Any windows x64 system on a VM.

Repro Steps:
- Run the installer.
- Choose an installation type that includes a MySQL Server 5.x.
- Click all the way to the configuration page.

Expected Results:
The configuration must succeed.

Actual Results:
The configuration fails.

Tested in OS: Windows 7x64
MySQL Installer build: 5.5.13.3 pre-binary.
