Reviewed definitions of severity. Changed to S@ as there is no workaround to buttons that are 'off' the screen

Fixed as of MySQL Workbench 6.0.4, and here's the changelog entry: Sometimes the MySQL Workbench GUI would not scale down to allow access to some of the buttons. All buttons are now displayed when using the minimal (or greater) required resolution of 1024x768. Thank you for the bug report.
