Description:
MySQL Installer complains about the existence of the directory it created.

How to repeat:
1. Use Windows installation without MySQL directory in Program Files.
2. Run Installer.
3. Click "Install MySQL products", and proceed to the page "Choosing Setup Type"
4. Look at "Installation Path" entry, it has a warning beneath, saying that "The installation path already exists".

Tested in OS: Windows server 2008 R2 x64
Windows 7x86
MySQL Installer build: 5.5.13.3 pre-binary.
Installer now only alerts for pre-existing folders on the Data directory.
