Description:
Tabpanels (eg: user administration, or backup restore) are not shown correctly after an amount of time or operation.

A default color rectangle overwrites the whole tabpanel content, changing tabs not solves the problems. Perhaps it's a refresh dilemma.

Closing and reopening the specified feature makes the error go away
.

How to repeat:
I don't know exactly how to repeat it.

It often happens when user administration or backup restore tabs are used and then let open. After a while using, eg. SQL Editor, coming back to these tabs and then the problem. I'd like to attach a print screen.

The error is in the first tab only. As I stated before, I'm not sure how to repeat it. I think I let the tab open, then worked with another windows (Visual Studio, Firefox, etc). After a few minutes, I come back to this form and voilà, the refresh issue.

I performed a couple of test and I can repeat the error now:

- Open, eg. Import / Export.
- Minimize it (I do that from upper right corner).
- Restore it (from taskbar) --> The display issue is there.

Fixed as of 5.2.36:
+ Tab panels within <guimenu>Server Administration</guimenu> would
+ not fresh properly.
