Description:
After manually cleaning the data directory, ndbd fails to start in startphase 5.

How to repeat:
Clear data directory, run "ndbd".

I've found that this error is caused when upgrading a node from 7.1.10 to 7.1.14.

When you say "manually cleaned datadir"
 - what exactly you deleted on what nodes
 - how did you start the data nodes (with what parameters)
