Description:
When adding connections to Workbench from the home screen, the list of connections is not refreshed properly. The program has to be closed, then reopened and then the connection is available for use.

I've seen two different behaviours related to this:
* the connection isn't displayed at all until you restart the app, or
* the connection is shown, you may even be able to edit the new connection details after they're saved, test the connection properly, but get an error message when attempting to connect. It says the connection failed because the `data` table already exists.

How to repeat:
Try adding a server connection and see whether you can connect to it.

Suggested fix:
Refresh the list of connections after it is added.
