bugs-system can't submit attachment, just like snap pics, why?

i am in china.

How to repeat:
Today,i update workbench to 5.2.33

use the administration to stop/start server,but it can't work

Thank you for the bug report. Which MySQL server version are you using?. How you installed the service using the installer or manually?. Please provide the output of the below command:

sc qc mysql_service_name

change mysql_service_name by the actual service name.

So, your service name is "MySQL51". Why not to set it up (instead of "MySQL") in the server instance properties for Workbench?
