Description:
Hello,

if you try to build a connection without using the "Stored connections seetings".
You'll get a promt which asked your for the user name und password.
So far it's all right.
I type (user: root pw: ....) the information and say ok.
Now i receive an error massage :

Cannot Connect to Database
Acess denice for user
'odbc@servername'

While i'm using the "Stored connections seetings" with the same information (user, password) ther will be no problems.

I wounder if thats a workbench problem or just a configurations problem.

How to repeat:
see above

Suggested fix:
maybe take the inputfield from the promt in place of the default user 'odbc@..'

The Bug Report can be closed.
I've tryed to reproduce it again - but i won't work.
It looks so, that it runs since the reboot from my Windows Client.

Marcus
