Description:
I installed mysql-5.2.32 OSS on vista.

I clicked new server instance, and boom, FAIL.

How to repeat:
install, click, boom

Please, check if the same problem still happens with a newer version of MySQL Workbench, 5.2.33b.

I got it working, mainly by searching the internet, installing query browser and by adding the word "USE SIGNS" e.g. it kept complaining upon import that my database wasn't specified.

As you mentioned, I installed 5.2.33CE Revision 7508.

One question, when importing an sql, I get the following error.
Q: How can I specify the database so I dont get that error.
I know I can put it in the *.sql file, but I have dozens of *.sql files.
Is there an easier way?
