Description:
When the "Server Administration" list is "full" (exact number of items depends on resolution, but all instances does not fit into the list), new server instance created is not visible in list until Workbench restart. 

It is immediately visible in the list of "Manage Server Instances" dialog box though.

How to repeat:
Add enough items to the "Server Administration" list of instances.

Suggested fix:
Refresh the list?

Noted in 5.2.34 changelog.

New server instances were not always displayed in the Server
Adminstration list.
