Description:
It is not finding wb.model.editors.wbp.fe.dll even though the file is there.

How to repeat:
Right click on a relationship and try to edit it.

Please use the MSI package until this is fixed, it doesn't exhibit this problem

This is caused by some security feature in .NET. Before unpacking the ZIP, you must right click it and select Properties. Then at the bottom of the dialog, click Unblock. If you already unpacked the ZIP, select the DLLs that give an error and do the same to Unblock them.

Noted in 5.2.34 changelog.

Workbench crashed if it was unable to locate a required DLL due to
security blocking. Now it displays instructions to the user how to
perform unblocking.
