Description:
Some times the Alter table tool is adding the create table sql command to the alter table script.

How to repeat:
- Load mysql workbench
- Open a database connection
- In table list, right click any entity
- Choose "Alter table"
- Make some change to the table structure (add a field, for example)
- Click "Apply"
- Click "Next"
- Click "Close"
- Make another change to the table structure (add a field or rename a existing one, for example)
- Click "Apply"
- Click "Next"

I do not see this problem on Windows, and 5.2.33 on Ubuntu just crashes every time I try to alter table (this is bug #60640).
