#126 - Incorrect key file for table '/tmp/#sql_3a2_0.MYI'; try to repair it

This bug shows only when i select query with grouping, but not in without grouping select queries.

Note: the total rows selected without group clause is : 351,193 records.

Please, send your my.cnf file content and the results of:

df -k

As a temporary workaround you can try to add indexes on column(s) from GROUP BY in a hope that optimizer will use execution plan that does NOT include temporary tables creation.
