Bug #60601 no folder select button on result set save

Description:
There is no folder select button on the file saveas dialog box in SQL Editor when you are trying to save the query result set to a file.  Now you have to type in the full path instead.

How to repeat:
Open SQL Editor in Workbench
Execute a query.
Hit the save button on the result set.
See that there is not folder or directory select button next to the save file location edit box.

Suggested fix:
add a folder/directory button next to the location edit field
