Description:
Have added some tables to the schema. I had saved it. But now when am trying to open it, i get the following message:
Error unserializing GRT data
type mismatch: expected object of type db.mysql.Column, but got db.mysql.Table

How to repeat:
If u just try to open the .mwb file i have created, you will will the error message.

the file contains some tables and there relationship. I get a errror when i open it and am unable to see the model i had created

I was not able to open this .mwb file with 5.2.32 on Mac OS X. Looks like a duplicate of bug #60369.

this is not the same file as in bug #60369.
It would have been better, if the workbench provided the error before i closed the file, instead of on opening it.

Why do you think it's not a duplicate? Problem at file opening is the same, as far as I can see.

If this bug is different, would you mind sending the original .mwb file, before you edited it with 5.2.32, and describe exact changes you made to it to get the problematic .mwb. I can add table to my old .mwb files (created by older versions of Workbench) in 5.2.32, save them and then open.

I have the same error with a different model. I ried to open it with 5.2.32 and 5.2.34 versions and it does not work!

Sorry for the last comment... I tried open it using versions 5.2.32CE and 5.2.33CE

I'm having the same trouble on trying to open a MWB file at MySQL Workbench 5.2.33 CE.

Error unserializing GRT data Type mismatch: expected object of type db.mysql.Schem, but got db.mysql.Column

Verified on Windows XP using .mwb file uploaded in private.

Does the same persist with 5.2.33b or 5.2.34?
If so, your model is corrupted. Contact me at alfredo.kengi.kojima at oracle, and I'll try to manually recover it and send you back.
