Description:
There's a memory corruption that crashes the application from time to time while using visual tools to add, drop or alter both tables and users. 

First time it raised was while trying to add users just after installing MySQL Server on localhost. 

After adding users with command line SQL, visual tools worked well while adding some

It has become less frequent after some days but still happens from time to time.

How to repeat:
As reported, it happens from time to time.

On first run after install crashes happened every time, but after some days and many restarts, application seems to be working better.

Suggested fix:
First I tough it was related to my localhost server as it has MySQL 5.5 but as this repeated accessing databases on distinct servers with MySQL 5.1.

When you'll get this error again, please, right click somewhere in the error dialog box with no text and use Copy stack trace to clipboard context menu item. Send stack trace to this report.
