How to repeat:
Reverse engineer the open source OrangeHRM database, save the data. Rearrange the table objects in the model so that none of them overflow the page.  Exit the program. You'll be warned that changes will not be saved, cause the file to be saved.

Version 5.2.16 is very old, please try with the latest 5.2.31
