Description:
I am a MySQL newbie. Trying to follow the instructions to create a new EER diagram, I double-clicked on the tab to do so, and got two.  I deleted both, so I could start over.  But the second time, this failed, and I have an unwanted EER Diagram instance shown, with which I can do nothing.

How to repeat:
Double click on New EER Diagram.  Delete both instances (quickly).
