Thank for the bug report. The "builds" account were created during the build process. Just you need to delete these account, to set thr root account how explained in the Reference Manual and to add new accounts according with your need.

I installed 4.0.23, and found that root user's hosts had been changed to 'localhost' and 'production.mysql.com'. Isn't should be 'localhost' and '%'??? Thanks, Ben
