Description:
Many scripts and .bat files which are distributed with c/ODBC are non-functioning for a long time.

How to repeat:
Download c/ODBC and try to run some of the scripts, e.g. one of these:

  Build.bat
  Build.sh
  CreateBinaryMsi.bat
  CreateBinaryZip.bat
  CreateSourceZip.bat
  Install.bat
  PostBuildTest.bat
  RemoveMakefiles.sh
  Uninstall.bat
  Upgrade.bat

Suggested fix:
Remove broken scripts from 3.51 distribution, remove or fix them for 5.1 distribution. When doing this, evaluate all scripts present in the distribution, not only the ones mentioned above.

After removing some scripts do not forget to check and update documentation which mentions them.
