Failure seen on all platforms in daily-trun.

mysql-test-run: *** ERROR: Error executing mysqld --bootstrap
Could not install system database from /export/home2/pb2/test/sb_2-2923880-1296526573.95/mysql-5.6.2-m5-linux2.6-x86_64/mysql-test/var-normal/tmp/bootstrap.sql

bootstarp.log has the following

ERROR: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

I wonder why category is set as Server:Documentation?
[1 Feb 2011 11:50] Stefan Hinz
This is a server error, 1064. The error message suggests to have a look at the docs, but I wouldn't consider this a docs bug. ;-) Changing category to Server for that reason.

Need the contents of bootstrap.log for a decision of what exactly is causing this problem

bootstrap log

Attachment: bootstrap.log (text/x-log), 2.95 KiB.

Problem has disappeared today. In fact yesterday's failure is now not even seen in http://pb2.norway.sun.com/?template=show_pushes&branch=daily-trunk page. Not sure what is going on

This must have been some environmental problem. Closing the bug
