Description:
The copyright notice for ndb/test/src/getarg.c should read

 * Copyright (c) 1997 - 2000 Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan
 * (Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden). 
 * All rights reserved. 

However, in all versions 5.0+, the "ö" character is either replaced with a "garbage" character (�) or missing.

How to repeat:
Examine source file referenced above.

Suggested fix:
Replace garbage/missing character with correct one. Make sure file is saved as UTF-8 with no byte order mark.

I brought this up in mail, Magnus suggested that I fix, so I've appointed him Verifier/reviewer.
