Description:
The alert "Security Alterations Have Been Detected" can be misleading both on the dashboard as well as in the email subject line. (There are 2 additional related alerts for GRANT and REVOKE specifically as well)

"Security" can mean different things to different people. These specific notifications however is much more precise and only tasks about SQL privileges changing on the mysql instance. Therefore I think that for this specific case it makes a lot of sense to use the "right terminology".

How to repeat:
Look at the Advisors -> Manage Rules -> Security -> Security Alterations ...

Suggested fix:
better wording please. Maybe:

- "Security Alterations Have Been Detected" => "Privilege Alterations Have Been Detected"
- "Security Alterations Detected: User Privileges Granted " => "GRANT Alterations Detected"
- "Security Alterations Detected: User Privileges Revoked" => "REVOKE Alterations Detected"

Added to 2.3.4 changelog:

For several alerts, the titles mentioning "Security Alterations" were
clarified to reflect that they are related to MySQL privileges The
advice now points to a view of Query Analyzer that filters for GRANT
and REVOKE statements.
