Description:
Monty made a push that caused the loss of the ability to downgrade on windows.

How to repeat:
Install latest versions of 4.1 and 5.0.  Use same datadir, start 4.1, stop 4.1, start 5.0, stop 5.0 
and repeat the steps.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/
