Description:
There's no way to re-fresh the account view to see changes made outside of the Workbench tool. You need to open and close the Accounts tab to see the changes.

How to repeat:
Open Workbench Admin -> Accounts tab and add a user using the MySQL client. The added user does not appear in the Workbench Accounts tab until you open and close the tab. 

Suggested fix:
Optimal would be to refresh automatically when changes are made outside of Workbench. Add a 'refresh' button would be a fix also.

This is now documented, and exists as of 5.2.34:

 The <guilabel>User Accounts</guilabel> panel now updates when
 either switching &workbench; tabs or selecting the new
 <guilabel>Refresh</guilabel> button.
