Description:
There is no box to set the value for 'Purge relay logs'.

How to repeat:
Go to Startup Variables -> Replication -> Relay log section.

Suggested fix:
There should be a drop down list box to set the value '0' or '1'

This issue was already fixed on version 1.0.13.
