What exact version of Workbench do you use, 5.2.25 or 5.2.31 (the latest)? I do not see this problem with 5.2.31.

I am experiencing the same problem.

I started to notice the problem after I switched to MySQL server version 5.5.8.
I am using WB 5.2.31 AND Ubuntu 10.10 64bit.
