Description:
There's a problem with ndb_error_reporter missing out files for data nodes if it is stdout, ie, logged to syslog. It would be nice if these were somehow included in ndb_error_reporter, as well as any MCM logs generated.

Suggested fix:
ndb_error_reporter should include MCM logs as well as any cluster logs that are being logged to syslog.
