Description:
While the Popup, showing an SQL-Statement that's beeing executed (e.g. Table creation), is visible:
If you change to another application (taskbar or alt-tab) and then return to MA using the taskbar (not alt-tab). MA shows up without the popup and is unable to get the focus.

How to repeat:
Create a table. If the popup showing the 'CREATE TABLE...'-statement appeares, change to another application (using the task bar or ALT-TAB) without clicking 'execute'.

If you go back to Mysql Administratoir using ALT-TAB everything is fine.

If you switch back using the task bar, Mysql Administrator comes back without showing the poput containing the SQL Statement and is unable to get the focus.

You have to hit ALT-TAB to get the popup back.

Can't repeat with version 1.0.13

Reinstalled v1.0.13 which didn't solve the problem.
This happens with all dialog windows in MA. If i add an index and put the MA window to the background WHILE the 'Add Index' Dialog is visible, the dialog doesn't show up when i switch back to MA using the mouse. The MA-window pops up but can't get the focus. I have to use ALT-TAB to get the dialog back.
