Description:
Switching from Bind As User to Comparison mode causes the non-anonymous bind password fields to be greyed out.

Switching from Comparison back to Bind As User causes the non-anonymous bind user field to also be greyed out.

How to repeat:
Choose Comparison mode - passwords grey out

Choose Bind As User again - user also greys out.
