The documentation doesn't list the changes since 2.3.0

Thanks Daniel, verified as described. We had already sent the notice to the docs team, hopefully this should be updated very soon.

Changelog added with 15 December date.

Might take a while to work entirely through the backlog of bugs in Documenting state.
