Description:
The upgrade matrix at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/mysql-cluster-upgrade-downgrade-compatibility.html is missing 7.1.9a (no 7.1.9 either).

Suggested fix:
Add Cluster 7.1.9a
