Description:
The "MySQL Server Instance Configuration Wizards" hangs at "processing configuration"

I've gone through the config and when I say execute it just hangs.

I've checked the "Add firewall exception"

If I run the config wizard again and uncheck the "firewall exception" is works

How to repeat:
- install 5.5
- check firewall exception
